Tonga: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over the past 7 months. The forecast for February to April is for near normal rainfall.
Fiji: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced for 4 of the past 6 months with near or below normal rainfall forecast for February to April.
Niue, Kiribati (Phoenix): Well below normal rainfall in December and below normal rainfall during January. The forecast for February to April is for near normal rainfall.
