Fiji, Tonga, Southern Cook Islands: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 4 of the past 6 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast over the next 3 months for Fiji and Tonga while normal or below normal rainfall over the next 3 month is forecast for the Southern Cook Islands.
Niue, Federated States of Micronesia, Wallis & Futuna: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 3 of the past 6 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast over the next 3 months.
Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 4 of the past 6 months. Below normal rainfall is forecast over the next 3 months for the Solomon Islands while normal or below normal rainfall is forecast for Papua New Guinea over the next 3 months.
