Fiji, Tonga: Below to well below normal rainfall observed from March to July in Fiji and below to well below normal rainfall observed from April to July in Tonga. Below normal rainfall is forecast for both island groups from August to October.
Niue, Marquesas: Below to well below normal rainfall experienced over 3-4 of the past 6 months. The forecast over the coming 3 months is for normal or below normal rainfall for the Marquesas and below normal for Niue.
Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu: Below normal rainfall experienced in July and below normal rainfall forecast over the next 3 months.
